This is wonderful! I love welcoming new people to the joys of yoga and movement. All of my classes are open to everyone. I will always offer multiple options and provide assistance to those who need it.

• 50-hour Registered Yin Yoga Teacher through Yoga Union Bali

• 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Vikasa Academy

The studio is in Souldrop, Bedfordshire. If you book a class, you will be sent a confirmation email with specific directions.

I can comfortably fit 8 students in the studio, so expect up to this number. If you require extra space for any reason, feel free to drop me a message and I will be happy to make the space more accessible for you.

If you have a mat, that’s great, bring it along. If you don’t have one, I have a few in the studio that I am more than happy to lend out.

My studio has room for 8 mats and one teacher. I can offer you water or herbal tea to enjoy before, during, or after your class. There is space inside the studio for your shoes and coats. The bathroom is a short 30-second walk across from the studio in the main house.
